South African to Malta Visa Required

Passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the planned date of departure from Malta.

Official Schengen visa application form must be correctly filled and signed.

Recent color passport-sized photograph as per Schengen visa photo requirements.

Confirmed return or onward flight tickets must be provided.

Proof of accommodation for entire duration of stay in Malta.

Travel medical insurance with minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR valid throughout the Schengen area and for the entire duration of stay.

Recent bank statements proving sufficient funds to cover the stay in Malta.

A letter explaining the purpose of the visit, itinerary, and intended activities during the stay in Malta.

Applicants must provide biometric data (fingerprints and photo) at the visa application center.

Letter from employer confirming employment status and leave approval (if employed).
