South African to Madagascar Visa on Arrival

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry into Madagascar and have at least two blank pages.

The visa application form must be accurately filled out for visa on arrival or e-visa application.

Recent biometric passport photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) is required for visa on arrival.

Proof of round-trip or onward flight booking must be presented at entry.

Required if arriving from a yellow fever risk area within six days before travel.

Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory for visa on arrival tourists.

For minors traveling without both parents or with one parent only, a notarised parental consent letter in French is required.
