Confirmed accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Switzerland.

Travel health insurance covering emergency medical treatment and repatriation for all Schengen countries, minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR.

Personal bank statements from the last 3 months with original bank stamp demonstrating sufficient funds (minimum CHF 100 per day required).

Letter explaining the purpose and itinerary of the tourist visit.

Clear photocopy of the main page of the passport showing personal data.

Applicants aged 12 and above must submit biometric data at the visa application center; valid for 59 months.

Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 2 years including entry and exit stamps, if any.
