American to Denmark Visa Free (90 days)

Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your intended departure date from the Schengen Area and must have been issued within the last 10 years. It must have at least two blank pages.

You must have a return or onward flight booking covering your entire planned stay to demonstrate your intention to leave Denmark before the 90-day limit.

Proof of accommodation booking covering your entire stay must be provided.

Travel health insurance covering medical emergencies valid for all Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR is recommended and often checked at entry, though not strictly a visa requirement for US passport holders entering visa-free.

A clear explanation of the purpose of the visit (tourism) may be requested at entry but is not a formal visa requirement.
