Original, signed U.S. passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned stay in Cameroon, with sufficient unused visa pages for entry and exit stamps. Amendment pages are not accepted.

Two recent 2x2 inch color passport-type photographs with a white background; glasses should not be worn.

Copy of the most recent monthly bank statement showing applicant's name, account balance, statement date, and full transaction history for the month.

Copy of round-trip tickets or confirmed itinerary demonstrating entry and exit from Cameroon.

International Certificate of Vaccination showing Yellow Fever vaccination.

Front and back copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card.

Applicants must provide biometric data including fingerprints and photo during visa processing.

Statement describing the purpose of your visit, e.g., tourism.
