Dutch to United States Visa Free (90 days)

Passport must be an electronic passport (e-passport) with an embedded chip, valid for at least 6 months beyond planned stay in the U.S.

Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval is mandatory before travel under the Visa Waiver Program and is valid for two years or until passport expiration.

A recent passport-style photograph is required as part of the ESTA or visa application if requested.

Round-trip or onward flight tickets are generally required to demonstrate intent to leave the U.S. within the 90-day visa-free period.

Upon arrival, travelers are enrolled in the US-VISIT program which includes capturing a digital photograph and electronic fingerprints of two index fingers.

Proof of accommodation may be requested during immigration processing.
