Nigerian to Libya Visa Required

Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in Libya, with at least one or two blank pages.

Official Libya tourist visa application form completed and signed as per requirements of the Libyan embassy or consulate.

Two recent passport-sized color photographs with a white background, taken within the last six months.

Proof of onward or return travel from Libya, such as a booked flight itinerary showing dates of entry and exit.

Proof of accommodation in Libya, typically a hotel booking confirmation covering the entire stay.

Recent bank statement or proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during the stay in Libya.

International certificate of yellow fever vaccination required for entry if traveling from or transiting through affected countries.

A written statement explaining the purpose of the visit (tourism) and intended length of stay.

May be required if staying with a host or for additional support of application; an invitation from a Libyan resident or tour company.

Travel insurance with coverage for medical emergencies and repatriation; often recommended, and may be requested by the consulate.
