Nigerian to Italy Visa Required

Nigerian passports must be biometric and valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of departure from the Schengen area. Non-Nigerian residents must provide a valid Nigerian residence permit.

The Italy Schengen visa application form must be fully completed, signed, and submitted as part of your application.

Original personal bank statements for the last three to six months, showing sufficient funds to cover the trip.

Cover letter explaining the purpose of visit, travel itinerary, and intended stay in Italy.

For non-Nigerian applicants residing in Nigeria, submit a valid Nigerian residence permit.

All applicants are required to provide fingerprints and a facial photograph at the visa application center.

Official visa fees must be paid and the receipt submitted with the application. Fee is typically 87 USD for short-stay Schengen visas.

May be requested to support evidence of financial means if applicable.

Required if employed, providing details about the applicant’s position, salary, and approval of leave for travel.

For minors (under 18), submit birth certificate and signed parental authorization if travelling alone or with one parent.
