Passport must be issued within the last 10 years, valid at least 3 months after intended departure from Schengen, and contain at least 2 blank pages.

Download, complete, print, and sign the Schengen visa application form; present at VFS center.

Recent passport-size photograph (35x45mm), color, non-glossy, on white background.

Official bank statements for the last 6 months, stamped and signed by the bank.

Copy of round-trip flight booking showing entry and exit from Iceland/Schengen area.

Confirmed hotel booking or proof of accommodation covering full duration of stay.

Travel medical insurance valid throughout Schengen, minimum coverage EUR 30,000, covering full period of intended stay.

Detailed letter explaining purpose of travel (tourism), travel itinerary, and plans while in Iceland.

Employment verification letter or study status certificate, including leave approval and guarantee of return to Nigeria.

Certified copies of property ownership documents in applicant’s name (optional, but strengthens ties to Nigeria).

Birth certificates or family relationship documents to demonstrate family ties.
