Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in Croatia, with at least two blank pages.

Form must be downloaded, filled out in English, signed, and submitted as a physical copy.

One recent passport-sized color photo meeting official Croatian photo specifications (size 35mm x 45mm, white background).

Proof of prepaid accommodation during stay, such as an official hotel booking confirmation or invitation from host.

Proof of booked round-trip or onward tickets showing entry and exit from Croatia.

Recent statement (last 3 months) from a recognized bank showing sufficient funds to cover stay; approximately $50 USD per day recommended.

Valid for full duration of stay in Croatia and Schengen area; minimum coverage €30,000 for medical emergencies.

Briefly explain the planned itinerary and the reason for tourism visit to Croatia.

Applicants must provide biometrics (photo and fingerprints) at the Croatian Embassy/Consulate/VFS application center in person.

Official receipt for payment of the visa fee (equivalent to €60, approx. $70 USD); fee is non-refundable.

If staying with a friend or relative, provide an invitation letter from the host along with their passport/residence permit copy and address.
