One recent passport-size, color photograph with white background. Photo must meet international passport photo standards.

Copy of round-trip or onward air ticket or flight reservation showing entry and exit from Central African Republic.

Copy of the yellow fever immunization card is mandatory for entry into Central African Republic.

Proof of accommodation in the Central African Republic, such as hotel reservation. Required if no invitation letter is provided.

Letter from inviting party in Central African Republic. Required only if not submitting a hotel reservation.

Letter from current employer confirming your employment and your intention to resume work after the visit. Strongly advised for employed applicants.
