Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) form must be completed online prior to the visa appointment.

Recent passport-sized photograph meeting US visa photo requirements must be uploaded with the application.

Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay in the United States should be provided to demonstrate financial ability.

Confirmed round-trip flight booking or itinerary indicating intended entry and exit from the United States.

Proof of accommodation reservations for the duration of the stay in the United States.

A clear statement explaining the purpose of the visit for tourism, specifying travel dates and plans.

Applicants must provide fingerprints and photograph at the visa appointment as part of the security screening.

Payment of USD 185 visa application fee is mandatory and collected at the U.S. Embassy in Antananarivo at the time of the visa interview.

Travel insurance with medical coverage is recommended but not mandatory for visa issuance.

If applicable, provide a letter from employer confirming current employment and permission for time off.
