Lithuanian to United States Visa Free (90 days)

Required Documents

• Valid passport with 6+ months validity

  Lithuanian citizen passport issued after August 28, 2006. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after planned departure from the United States.

• Completed ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) application

  ESTA must be approved prior to travel to the United States. The ESTA can be obtained online and approval is typically granted within hours or a few days.

• Return ticket

  A return ticket must be presented upon arrival in the United States to demonstrate the intent to depart within the 90-day limit.

• No prior U.S. visa refusals or deportations

  You must not have been refused a U.S. visa or admission to the United States in the past, nor have been deported.

• No criminal record

  You must have no criminal record to be eligible for visa-free travel under the Visa Waiver Program.

• Valid reason for travel

  Your purpose of travel must be tourism, visiting friends or relatives, or business meetings. Travel for other purposes such as work, studies, or immigration requires a visa.

• Proof of short-term stay

  Your trip must not exceed 90 days. You may need to provide hotel confirmations, accommodation arrangements, or other proof of intended duration.
