Kenyan to Denmark Visa Required

Passport must be valid at least 3 months beyond the planned date of departure from Schengen, issued within the last 10 years, and have at least 2 blank pages.

Duly completed and signed Schengen visa application form, printed after filling out online through ApplyVisa.

One recent passport-size photograph (45x35 mm, light background, no older than 6 months).

Copies of passport identity page(s), previous Schengen visas, entry and exit stamps, and old passports where relevant.

Receipt of payment for the visa application fee (approx. 90 USD, typically paid online during application).

Travel medical insurance for the entire Schengen area with minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR, valid for entire stay. Receipt of insurance payment required.

Preliminary (return) flight reservation showing entry and exit from the Schengen area. Full itinerary outlining travel plan also required.

Proof of accommodation for the entire stay, such as hotel bookings or invitation letter if staying with a host.

Certified bank statements for at least the last three months, accompanied by a stamped bank referral letter.

Photocopy of both sides of Kenyan national ID card.

Signed cover letter generated by the ApplyVisa online system, to be submitted with other documents.

Clear written statement explaining the purpose and detailed plan for the tourist visit.

If employed, a signed letter from employer detailing position, terms, salary, leave, and employer contact details. Payslips for last three months are also required.

If self-employed, provide PIN Certificate, company registration, Memorandum/Articles of Association, and business license.

If applicable, original and copy of marriage certificate and birth certificates for self, spouse, and children.

Required for non-Kenyan applicants residing in Kenya: provide valid Kenyan residence permit or proof of legal stay.
