Kenyan to Djibouti Visa Required

Your Kenyan passport must be valid for at least six months from the date you plan to enter Djibouti and contain at least two blank pages.

Provide a recent, color, passport-sized photograph with a white background not older than six months.

Fill out and electronically submit the Djibouti eVisa application form with accurate personal and travel information.

Upload proof of accommodation in Djibouti, such as a hotel booking confirmation or invitation from a private host.

Upload a flight booking showing your entry to and exit from Djibouti (for roundtrip travel).

Provide a recent bank statement or other evidence (credit card statement, letter of sponsorship) showing sufficient funds to cover the trip.

Supply a written declaration describing the purpose of your visit (tourism).

Upload a yellow fever vaccination certificate if you are arriving from a country with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Provide either a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken within 72 hours before departure or, if unavailable, a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued at least 14 days before travel.

If staying with friends/family or invited by a Djibouti resident, supply their invitation letter and ID. For standard tourism with hotel, this is not required.
