Fully completed and signed Schengen visa application form as per Hungarian embassy requirements.

One recent passport-sized photograph meeting the Schengen visa photo specifications.

Confirmed round-trip flight reservation showing entry and exit from the Schengen area.

Proof of accommodation in Hungary for the duration of the stay, such as hotel reservations.

Valid travel health insurance covering medical expenses up to 30,000 EUR for the entire Schengen zone.

Original bank statement from the last 6 months proving sufficient financial means to cover the stay.

A personal cover letter explaining the purpose of the visit, itinerary, and intent to return.

Letter from employer confirming employment status and approved leave for travel (if employed).

Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, or other documents to prove ties to home country (optional but recommended).
