British to Tanzania Visa on Arrival

Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival and have at least one blank page for the visa stamp.

One passport-size photograph is required for the visa application.

Proof of return or onward travel tickets must be presented.

Proof of accommodation during the stay in Tanzania is required.

The visa must be applied for via the official Tanzania eVisa portal or completed on arrival at the port of entry.

Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required if arriving from a country with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Applicants may be asked to provide proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay, though this is not always mandatory.

Not mandatory but strongly recommended to cover health issues, accidents, emergency evacuation, and lost baggage.
