British to Estonia Visa Free (90 days)

British passport must have an expiry date at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave the Schengen area. The passport must be a full biometric passport not older than 10 years.

As of 12 October 2025, the EU Entry/Exit system requires fingerprints and photo to be taken when first entering the Schengen area. This is a mandatory border procedure, not an advance application requirement.

While not officially required by Estonian authorities, it is recommended to have proof of return travel, such as a return flight booking or travel itinerary, to facilitate entry.

Hotel confirmation letter or accommodation booking is recommended to demonstrate your intended stay arrangements, though not mandatorily required for visa-free entry.

Bank statement or proof of funds may be requested at the border to demonstrate you have sufficient financial means for your stay, though this is not always enforced.
