A statement explaining the tourist purpose of the visit including intended activities and duration.

Applicants must provide fingerprints and a photo at the visa application center as part of the biometric enrollment process.

Flight booking confirmation and hotel reservation or invitation letter to demonstrate travel plans in the U.S.
