Chinese to United States Visa Required

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.

Complete the Online Non-immigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160. You must answer every question on the application form. The confirmation/barcode page must be brought to your interview.

One recent photograph that meets the specified requirements must be uploaded with your DS-160 form and brought to your interview.

Proof of your scheduled visa interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

A brief statement explaining the purpose of your visit to the United States for tourism.

A copy of your round-trip flight itinerary or booking confirmation.

Proof of accommodation for your stay in the United States, such as a hotel reservation or invitation letter from a host.

Recent bank statements or other proof of sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in the United States.

A letter from your employer confirming your employment status and leave of absence, if applicable.

Proof of travel insurance covering your stay in the United States, if available.
