Official accommodation booking confirmation, showing applicant's name, dates, and hotel contact details.

Confirmed booking of return flights to and from Nigeria. Digital ticket or reservation showing entry and exit dates.

Recent bank statement (generally 3+ months) proving sufficient funds to support stay; must show applicant’s name.

Valid, original or certified copy of WHO yellow fever certificate, as proof of vaccination prior to entry.

Short statement explaining reason for travel, submitted online or in written format with other application documents.

Printed payment receipt and acknowledgement slip confirming completed online payment of official visa fee; must be presented at arrival.

Evidence of travel medical insurance covering the duration of stay; preferred but not always strictly required.
