Confirmed flight reservation covering entry and exit from the Schengen area. For first-time travelers, fully paid return tickets are recommended.

Proof of accommodation during stay in Slovakia such as hotel booking confirmation or invoice evidencing payment.

Valid travel and health insurance covering Schengen states with minimum coverage of 30,000 euros for emergencies.

Original salary account bank statements for the last 3 months, signed and stamped by bank, showing sufficient funds to cover stay.
