Emirati to Canada Visa Free (180 days)

You must have a valid UAE passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from your date of entry to Canada.

You must apply online for an eTA prior to travel. The eTA is electronically linked to your passport and allows entry for tourism purposes.

Payment of CAD 7 (approximately USD 6) is required via credit card or online payment methods during the eTA application.

A valid and accessible email address is needed to receive the eTA approval confirmation.

You must declare that your visit is for tourism, business, or transit, and not for work or study without separate permits.

Biometric data (fingerprints and photograph) are required when applying for a visitor visa or permit. For eTA holders, biometrics are generally collected if previously submitted during temporary resident visa applications.

Confirming your return or onward flight booking is advisable to demonstrate plans to leave Canada within the allowed stay.

While not always requested, showing evidence of sufficient financial means to cover your stay may be required by border officials.

Obtaining travel insurance covering medical emergencies is recommended but not mandatory for entry.
