JumpX Team Sessions at Sarit Centre: Which Format Fits Your Team

JumpX, on the second-floor rooftop of Sarit Centre in Westlands, runs five group formats: jump-only sessions of one hour, 90 minutes or two hours, a facilitated two-hour Corporate Challenge Circuit that ends with a meal, and a weekday jump-and-climb package for schools. The circuit is the one to book when you want the session to work as team building, with eight timed challenges and two teams scoring against each other. The jump-only sessions are a cheaper, looser break for a team that just wants to move and laugh for an hour before lunch. All five are indoors, which settles the rain question, and all five need grip socks and a signed waiver from everyone who takes part.

The Corporate Challenge Circuit is the facilitated option

You arrive, complete waivers, split into Teams A and B and hear the rules, then rotate through eight stations across the JumpX course: a wall-climbing race, the rope course, a trampoline basketball shot, a foam-pit battle, the foam wall jump, the eliminator (a rotating obstacle that tests reactions and footwork), a jumping race and a dance-and-fitness finale. Each station is built around balance, speed, coordination or nerve, and everyone takes a turn while the rest of the team cheers. The two hours close with one combo meal from the included menu and a choice of a 300 ml water, a 250 ml juice or a 350 ml soda, with the venue team supervising throughout. It takes groups of 2 to 15 aged 18 to 70, so a team of 30 books two circuits. The host confirms activity and room availability before approving a booking, and asks for your final participant count and preferred start time. Cancel 48 hours ahead for a full refund, 24 hours ahead for half; a no-show is not refunded.

JumpX Corporate Challenge Circuit
Experience

JumpX Corporate Challenge Circuit

Bring the team together for two lively hours of friendly competition at JumpX Sarit. Split into teams and move through eight challenges that test balance, speed, coordination and nerve, from the climbing wall and rope course to the foam pit and eliminator. The circuit ends with a combo meal and a choice of water, juice or soda. It is active, playful and easy to enjoy together, whether you are welcoming new colleagues or simply giving the team a day worth talking about.

Minimum 2 guests

Extras at the venue: a private team room for two hours, with extensions arranged with the host, and blue-star menu items, extra drinks, popcorn, slushies and ice cream on top of the included meal.

Who it suits: a team that wants a structure, a scoreboard and a reason to talk afterwards. It is the wrong choice for a group with colleagues under 18 or over 70, who cannot join the circuit.

The jump-only sessions are a break, not a workshop

The one-hour, 90-minute and two-hour corporate sessions share one format: group check-in and a safety briefing, access to the designated trampoline areas, venue supervision, and nothing else. There is no facilitator and no games programme, climbing and the other separately priced activities are not included, and food, drinks, transport and parking are all outside the price. A combo meal can be added to any of them. The one-hour version lists corporate group booking coordination among its inclusions and ends with a cool-down and a team photo in the venue-approved area, which is as close to a ceremony as a jump-only session gets.

Two Hour JumpX Corporate Team Session
Experience

Two Hour JumpX Corporate Team Session

Get the team out of the boardroom and onto the trampolines for two high-energy hours at JumpX Sarit. The jump-only session creates easy laughs, shared momentum and a lively break from routine without turning the day into a formal workshop.

per person · 2 hours

Pick the length by how your team actually spends an afternoon. An hour fits a long lunch break for an office in Westlands. Ninety minutes gives time to warm up gently, find a comfortable level and still have open jump time. Two hours is for a group that wants the full reset and plans to eat afterwards.

One Hour Corporate Trampoline Challenge
Experience

One Hour Corporate Trampoline Challenge

Trade the boardroom for one lively hour on the trampolines at JumpX Kenya. The format is deliberately simple: check in together, warm up, jump, laugh and let colleagues meet beyond their usual roles without forced speeches, awkward trust falls or a whole day out of the office.

per person · 1 hour

Who it suits: a team that wants to move without being organised, or a budget that does not stretch to the circuit. Nobody is forced to jump, but non-jumpers may have limited access to the active floor, so a colleague who wants to watch should expect to watch from the side.

The school package runs on weekdays with two teachers on the floor

The Jump and Climb School Group Package is a 90-minute weekday outing (not on public holidays) that mixes trampoline time with a climbing challenge at an appropriate level, with grip socks for every participating student, a safety briefing and venue supervision included, plus entry for at least two accompanying teachers when they do not take part. Teachers who join the activities pay for them. Before the visit the school submits a spreadsheet with each student's first name, last name and date of birth, and a signed waiver for every participant; on the day, staff remain responsible for headcounts, behaviour and escorting children to the bathroom. Popcorn and water, or popcorn and a combo lunch, can be added for the group. Transport to Sarit Centre is not included.

Jump and Climb School Group Package

Give students a lively 90-minute school outing built around jumping, climbing and safe shared challenge at JumpX Sarit. The weekday package keeps the admin clear for teachers while giving learners space to move, cheer each other on and return to class with a good story.

per person · 1.5 hours

Arrive 20 minutes early and the booked time stays yours

Every format asks the group to arrive at least 20 minutes before the confirmed start so that check-in, waivers and the safety briefing do not eat into the session. The one-hour session names the JumpX reception as the meeting point. Wear comfortable active clothing without sharp accessories, secure long hair, remove jewellery and empty your pockets; the floor rules include one jumper per trampoline where directed and no double-bouncing or landing in someone else's area. Grip socks are required at every format and are an add-on unless the host confirms they are included (the school package includes them). Sarit Centre's own listing gives JumpX's hours as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and describes the venue as offering party organisation, fitness classes, team building and freestyle jumping, with food and drinks on site.

Tell us before booking about anyone who should not jump

JumpX asks every group to disclose pregnancy, recent injuries and heart, back, joint or balance conditions before the session, and advises anyone in those categories to check with the venue and a clinician first. Trampolining, climbing and obstacle work involve falls, collisions and exertion, so the briefing covers stopping if you feel pain or dizziness and attempting only what is within your ability. Share these details when you ask for a quote and we agree with the host what the colleague in question can safely join.

What no JumpX format includes

  • Transport and parking. Sarit Centre is in Westlands; parking fees are excluded at every format.
  • Food, except the combo meal and drink inside the Corporate Challenge Circuit. The jump-only sessions sell a combo meal as an add-on.
  • A facilitator, except on the circuit. The jump-only sessions are supervised for safety, not run as team building.
  • A private room, which is an add-on on the circuit and arranged separately on the other sessions.
  • Grip socks, unless the host confirms they are included; students on the school package get them.
