Fixed-date experiences run at the dates and times shown. Flexible experiences let you choose from the host's available dates. Group trips leave on a set departure, so check the start and end dates before booking.

Choose the number of guests when you book. Check the listing's minimum group size, available spaces and any age or skill requirements first. A group booking does not automatically make an experience private—ask the host if you need it just for your group.

Read the listing's inclusions, exclusions and any optional add-ons before booking. Meals, equipment, transport, accommodation and flights are included only when explicitly listed—not simply because something is called a trip. Review the total for your dates and group size before paying.

For individual experiences and group trips, submit your booking details first. If host approval is required, payment opens only after approval; a request or waitlist entry is not a confirmed place. Your booking shows the amount due, available payment methods and any balance deadline. Experiences checked out together in a plan require full payment.

Read the listing's cancellation policy before booking; the terms saved with your booking determine any refund. Cancel from your dashboard, or contact your host to ask about a date change—availability, booking terms and any price difference still apply. Fixed-date group trips cannot be moved to another departure through the dashboard.
